Please note that Mcab has a strict no refund policy. Once a booking is made and confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cancellations made by the customer
• Changes in travel plans
• Flight cancellations or delays
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events
• Any other circumstances beyond Mcab's control
